There are no logos, medical references, or product descriptions on the outer packaging, ensuring complete discretion from dispatch to delivery.

Temperature-Controlled Delivery

Retatrutide is shipped in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging, designed to maintain a stable temperature of 2–8 °C during transit.
Each parcel includes validated cool packs and temperature-monitoring measures to protect product quality throughout delivery.

We currently deliver to:

  • UK mainland

  • Northern Ireland

P.O. boxes are not supported. International shipping options are also available.


Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched once dispensing and quality checks are complete.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and courier service, but tracking details are provided as soon as your order leaves the pharmacy.


Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your secure tracking link, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.


Missed Deliveries

Due to cold-chain requirements, parcels cannot be left unattended.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will follow their standard procedure to reattempt delivery or hold the parcel for collection.


Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery:

  • Open the parcel promptly

  • Place the product in a refrigerator immediately (2–8 °C)

  • Keep the product in its original packaging to protect it from light
